THE COURT. Upon defendants appeal the District Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Two, reversed the judgment of conviction of grand theft entered against the appellant. The People, through the attorney-general, petitioned this court for a hearing, which was granted. Upon examination of the record and the authorities we are satisfied that the opinion prepared by Mr. Presiding Justice Stephens correctly disposes of the cause and we therefore adopt that opinion as and for the decision of this court.
